What is a Community Group?
A Community Group is a group of adult individuals who study the Bible together, share life together and help each other grow in the Lord.
What happened to Adult Sunday School?
Community Groups are replacing what traditionally has been adult Sunday School. The name was changed to more adequately define the objective of discipleship and community within these classes. However, there are groups that meet throughout the week and not just on Sunday mornings.
What will the format be?
Each Group will be lead by a Coach who will give guidance to the Group. The room will be set up with tables and there will be leaders at each table. You are welcome to join any table. Discussion around the table will be pertinent to the study and will also include a chance to get to know the others at the table and a time to pray together. The groups will also be "fluid" in that you are not obligated to stay at one group or with one leader for the duration of the study.
Are PROJECT 4:4 the only Community Groups offered?
No. Community Groups are the broader umbrella which all adult classes are under. Current Community Groups available: PROJECT 4:4 ~ offered Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoon & evenings
Reformation 101 ~ offered Sunday evening
Ephesians~ ladies group offered Wednesday evening
Overcoming Parents ~ offered Friday evenings
Financial Peace University ~ offered Tuesday evenings

Is anyone welcome?
Yes! Everyone is welcome. The Groups will always be open to new people who would like to study the Bible and get to know others.
What will happen when PROJECT 4:4 is finished at the end of 2012?
When PROJECT 4:4 is finished, there will be new Community Groups offered. The main objective remains the same - deveoping discipleship and community within the groups.
What if I miss a week?
If you miss a week don't worry about it. PROJECT 4:4 Community Groups are specifically offered at different times so that if you happen to miss a week, you can go to a different group that works better with your current schedule.
Why should I join a Community Group?
A Community Group is a great place for you to connect with others, to learn about the Bible and God's plan for you, to grow in the Lord and be challenged and encouraged by others who have the same goals and to live life together.

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ in whom are hidden all the treasure of wisdom and knowledge.
